|This is an easy to use function to allow you set text that will scroll across the screen from bottom to top. |
This Dialog screen popup will appear in box on the screen,
when you click on element to edit or create new a popup window appears. The text box [#1] follows. Type what you want to scroll up the screen. Below is sample of the screen to select or create new vertical scroll element.

For special colors, you need to know the name of the color for HTML. (you can get this from your Webmaster).
Size of font is next option [#3]. Then offset [#4]. Offset is how far from the left and right border of box (which will appear with a white background (unless you set it to a different color). As you can see, there is plenty of room to set the text that will scroll.
The Pause [#5] is next, where you can set how long the text pauses before scrolling up the screen again.
Optionally you can set this text to act as link [#6] to another page or website. Enter the full address of link in this option.

Finally on the bottom there are some options for all the sections.
First is the size of the box [#7]. Try different settings until you have the size you want.
Next is the scrolling display [#8], which is really how fast the text scrolls up the screen. The lower the number the faster the scroll.
Now we come to the background color for the box [#9]. Choose what you want. The webmaster has more options for choosing colors.
The next is the link color [#10]. This is the color that will appear (text will change color) when cursor is over text.
Next is box [#11] for target for link. See Editing - Modify or Add Picture in editing for a description of these settings.

Last is custom description which is for your own use so you can find it easily.
