Tables

In our page creator you can use as many rows as you want and it's very simple to set up. When you are adding table as new element you just set the number of rows and that's it. You can also adjust later if you need it to change.

Same as with rows you can use as many columns as you want and also we use same principals for setting up and adjusting number of columns. Both rows and columns create cells where you actually put your contant in. If you want to use table element you must have at least one row and one column. Then you can also set size of the cell(s).

For different graphical effects you can set different sizes of border or you can make the border unvisible if you want. Border can make your content in a table look more organized or if you set border to "0" youcan make nice looking layout without showing the table to others.

You can change background of the table or you can even change background of each cell just like in a regular web page. You can use any color or any picture either from our library or your own. This gives you enough flexibility to create all kinds of layouts.

Cellspacing refers to the width of the grid lines between the cells. It is actually spacing between individual cells which helps you to stretch out the table so that things aren't so jammed togather.

Cellpadding indicates the amount of space - in pixels - between the inner edge of the table cell border and the material within. This is another basic strategy to stretch out the table so that things aren't so jammed togather.

Columns can span more then one table unit if needed. Aslo in combination with row span this element gives us considerable control over the layout of the individual cells within the table.
To better understand this option in the table element see the examples or visit out tutorial where you can learn how to use it.

Rowspan lets you have a data cell across multiple lines of the table.
